The Brief

The Circle K Rocky Mountain business (CKRM) unit tasked my team to create a summer campaign package for their new food product they were introducing.

Scope of Work

  • Create a central destination at the grill

  • Lead the customer to the destination with supporting collateral

  • Explore opportunities for cross promotion and placement

Goal

  • Create a campaign to bring the Hottest Grill back to CKRM

  • Continue to build this summer excitement

  • Highlight the hot & spicy food offering

Measuring Success

  • Building hype around the grill intriguing more customers

  • Increased purchasing of product offerings

Conceptualizing the Campaign

Delivering excitement and boldness, I conceptualized a design that ties recognizable elements with spice. Merging the Spanish & English vocabulary, I wanted to impact the market in a new way Circle K has not done before. Bringing in this daring look and feel, this concept will be sure to captivate & draw the customer in.

Takeaways:

The client was receptive to the concept, but felt it strayed too far from their brand. Going back to the drawing board, I ended up going in a more traditional manner.
